Singing Lessons
with Georgia Snow

Musical theatre is what Georgia does! Whether you’re a beginner or professional, child or adult, Georgia’s studio is a place to breathe and grow as a vocalist and performer. While classical training is at the root of all lessons, the ethos of the studio is performance. Students can take musical theatre exams with the Leinster School of Music and Drama or work toward individually tailored goals such as Junior and Leaving Cert practicals, college audition preparation, auditions for musical societies and school musicals, or simply becoming a more confident and competent singer.

Georgia’s studio is in Wicklow Town and she also makes house calls to Dublin and surrounding areas. Classes are 30, 45, or 60 minutes in length and can be taken one-to-one (recommended for teenagers and adults) or in small groups (recommended for younger singers). Toddler classes coming soon! Please contact for availability and prices.

Georgia Snow received her BA in musical theatre performance from Wagner College in New York City, which is consistently ranked as one of the top musical theatre programmes in the USA by the Princeton Review. She played Tzeitel in the North American 40th anniversary tour of Fiddler on the Roof, as well as performed and directed regionally and on US tours of various musicals and plays. She received her MA in directing for theatre from University College Dublin and has spent the past 10 years as Head of Singing and Musical Theatre at the Independent Theatre Workshop in Dublin where she works with ages 3-18. She is looking forward to meeting you!

“I first started singing lessons with Georgia Snow at the Independent Theatre Workshop when I was 16 years old. I had always done acting and dance classes but never thought I could sing. I ended up liking Georgia’s lessons so much that I had a Monday lesson with her every week for the next three years. Georgia always says that everyone has the ability to sing, they just need to be taught. I couldn’t have asked for a better teacher. In 2014 I was accepted onto the BA Actor Musicianship course at Rose Bruford College in London. Two years after that I played one of the leads in our third year musical at Stratford Circus. I would’ve never dreamed of being able to have such an opportunity at the age of 16. I learned a huge amount in those lessons and what she taught still stands to me to this day. Thank you, Georgia!

“The training I got as a teenager from Georgia prepared me perfectly for my drama school training. Having gone on to study the Estill method, I realised Georgia had already covered all the bases in a way that made sense to me at that time. Georgia understands where your voice is at and knows how to work with that and build on it. She pushed me outside of my comfort zone which made me a rounded and versatile singer and helped me realise my potential. She believes in every one of her students and offers unwavering support.”

– Sarah Kelly, Actress

“I have been working with Georgia for the past few years, and from my experience, she is an expert in understanding and improving the voice. She is an amazing teacher, from the technical side to the performance elements, Georgia knows exactly how to improve a student of any age or standard. She teaches an impressive range of styles, such as musical theatre, classical, pop and traditional. I have seen first hand the methods that she uses to teach, and watched her bring out a confidence in her students, as well as unleashing parts of their voice that they were not aware they had. Georgia also teaches my sister, and she adores her classes with Georgia, and has improved so much. I can't recommend her enough as a singer teacher!”

– Ciara Lyons, Actress and Teacher

“Georgia is both an educator and an artist. She works brilliantly with children as well as adults, and works on classical and pop techniques. In one lesson alone, I felt more confident in my singing. I've also watched many young people soar over the years under Georgia's direction. She is a professional who gets results!”

Nina Pongratz – Dance Educator and Choreographer

“In the years I’ve known Georgia she has been both my teacher and my supervisor. I have had the unique privilege of watching her work from both angles. Unlike any other teacher I’ve known, Georgia has a special ability to help students of all ages appreciate and understand the technique that goes into singing without dampening creativity. Before I walked into Georgia’s class I had never been asked what my goals were, what kind of music I wanted to work on - she gave me back that power. I knew from just one class that I was in the right place to grow not only as a singer but as an artist. Georgia adapts flawlessly to each student who walks through the door, catering to each of their needs and abilities.”
